- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. Appointment service is rediculous...having to queue up in the cold at 8am when not feeling well, to obtain a numbered ticket, then sit and wait to be called to be given an appointment time. When issuing these appointments, if people approach the desk with a query they are completely ignored until the 'ticketed appointment bookings' are completed. I've been using here for years as they are local, and they have never made an attempt to improve the 'service' 'supplied' by their front of house staff. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poorly managed partnership , particularly the Furzton Branch, average appointment times 3 to 5 weeks . GP earnings high but customer service low . Not the worst GP practice in Milton Keynes but near the bottom , clinically average , not interested in customer feedback. Practices in more challenging areas perform better.
